Lauren heads up Association Group Management. She has a wealth of experience in managing trade associations. Lauren focuses on overseeing the management of all clients training programmes.
John works at Association Group Management part-time, assisting Lauren in the running of the company. With a vast amount of knowledge and experience John is an invaluable member of AGM.
As Finance Manager, Ruth manages the accounts and financial operations of all our associations, including membership subscriptions, VAT returns, invoicing and year-end accounts.
Sarah is the longest standing member of AGM. As Membership Secretary, Sarah manages our clients membership portfolios, providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
Emma helps clients deliver their event programmes throughout the year. Emma's event portfolio includes conferences, seminars, award events, social days, residential dinners, exhibitions and webinars.
Chloe helps create and deliver marketing and design campaigns, in addition to managing all social media platforms for various clients. Chloe also provides onsite event support as required.
Jan is in the office three days a week, overseeing the delivery of all training courses. This involves mapping out and planning each course from venue sourcing to managing delegate bookings and maintaining course materials.
Emma is in the office two days a week, providing essential administration support. Emma is involved in all aspects of AGM including membership, events and training. In addition to admin support Emma also responds to all general enquiries.
