Lauren Fairley
Managing Director & Client Account Manager

Lauren heads up Association Group Management as the Managing Director. She has a wealth of experience in managing trade associations, as well as direct experience within the wider construction industry. Lauren focuses on overseeing the management of all clients as their account manager, ensuring a first point of contact for all client needs. She also specialises in training support, including bid writing for funding, course writing and CITB liaison. 

John Fairley
Company Director

John works at Association Group Management part-time, assisting Lauren behind the scenes in the running of the company. With over 40 years experience in the construction and association management industries John provides AGM with a vast amount of knowledge and experience. Both John and Lauren have seen many associations grow from their inception giving them valuable tools to support both new and existing associations.   

Emma Brennan
Client Relations & Event Manager

Emma, in conjunction with Lauren, oversees each of the client associations and their requirements. Emma specialises in delivering first class event programmes throughout the year for all  AGM clients. Her event portfolio includes conferences, seminars, award events, social days, residential dinners, exhibitions and webinars. 

Sarah Starling
Membership Secretary

Sarah is the longest standing member of AGM. As Membership Secretary, Sarah manages our clients membership portfolios, providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail. As part of her role Sarah manages applications, member audits, renewals and provides all members with support regarding their association membership. 

Chloe Chisholm
Social Media & Marketing Manager

Chloe creates and delivers vital marketing and design campaigns for client associations. This ranges from membership information, event promotion, e-newsletters, website updates, blog writing and promotional design work such as pop-up banners and exhibition giveaways. In addition to this Chloe also manages all social media platforms for clients, ensuring members are kept up to date with both association and industry news. 

Emma Holt
Administration & Communications Co-ordinator

Emma is in the office two days a week, providing essential administration support. Emma is involved in all aspects of AGM including membership, events and training. In addition to admin support Emma also communicates directly to the associations members,  providing important updates and engagement to the membership base. This communication includes all association updates and relevant industry news from third parties such as Build UK and CITB.
