Meet Sarah: Our Magnificent Membership Secretary
Sarah is the longest standing member of AGM. As Membership Secretary, Sarah manages our client’s membership portfolios and deals with any queries they may have, whilst providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

What is your favourite food? Thai food.
Which four individuals, living or dead, would you invite to a dinner party? My dad, John Lennon, JK Rowling, Queen Victoria.
What is your favourite film? My Fair Lady.
What is your favourite animal? Elephants. 🐘
How long have you been working at AGM? Besides our director, Lauren, I am the longest running member of staff and have been working at AGM for over 11 years in total.
What does your role typically include? My role as Membership Secretary is very busy- there are a lot of members to look after! Normally, I will start my day by checking my emails and action anything that is urgent. Then, I will go through my to do list which will involve quite a variety of things, such as going through any membership enquiries that have come in, actioning the tasks associated with becoming a member, membership renewals and much more. Membership is a very busy role with lots to keep on top of! I also assist the rest of the office by supporting any ad-hoc admin tasks and also answering any queries that come in. We really work as a team at AGM.
Can you tell us what a typical day in the life involves? I don’t really have a typical day as it’s always different. The only consistent thing is that it’s always busy!
What is your favourite part of your role? I find it really satisfying when I tick something big off of my to do list, especially if I’ve been working on that particular task for a while. It’s really good to see it through from the very beginning, all the way to the end.
What is your best memory of AGM so far? I’ve been with AGM for quite a while, it’s hard to pick! I really enjoy our trips out as a team. We work so hard during the week, it’s nice to let our hair down and relax every once in a while!
Where could we find you outside of work? Outside of work, you can find me either at a show, a concert or at the theatre… failing that, I’ll probably be asleep!
